Building Projects and Relationship

We have done multiple building projects with RUSH Truck Center on both their Cincinnati and Dayton locations. Our most recent project was a smaller one. We added 2,300 SF of shipping area and docks along with outside storage to an existing building. Located in Sharonville, OH, this dealership sells and service Ford commercial vehicles.

CCC built the original truck dealership, an 82,159 SF hybrid Butler pre-engineered metal building (PEMB)and conventional metal frame construction. Included is a Butler MR-24 standing seam and conventional membrane roof hybrid, LED lighting, two 7.5 ton cranes, and a modern exhaust system.
