1,900 SF Buildout, Florence, Kentucky
Talk about luxury, this 1,900 SF buildout project was performed to transform an existing white box space into an upscale, luxurious, and super comfortable skin care and beauty salon. Upon completion this retail space includes six individual treatment rooms, a large reception/guest waiting room area with a restroom. 12’ high drywall ceilings are present throughout. A storage room was constructed along with a break room containing a prep area for employee and customer use. From light fixtures to finishes and artwork in this space, nothing is short of phenomenal. No detail was missed or luxury spared in this salon project.

The Monroe, Ohio area is at a pivotal growth point. Anticipating the need for additional retail and restaurant space based on the growing demographics and residential population, CCC constructed this 11,000 SF retail strip center that is located on St. Rt. 63, just off I-75. The location is key. To date we have built out individual spaces for Penn Station, Verizon Wireless, Red Wing Shoes and a Nail Salon. Individual buildouts in this location range from 1,000 – 5,000 SF. A dispensary project is currently underway.

When the Owner of Frenchie’s Modern Nail Care decided to quit his corporate job and start a new business from the ground up, he knew that he needed a great business partner to help him along the way. At CCC, we meet you where you are. The Owner of this modern nail care salon chose to select CCC because of shared goals. The quality of workmanship and construction detail we provide ensures a great customer and guest experience. This is the same type of experience that Frenchie’s aims to provide.This 1,600 SF interior renovation and improvement project was complete to transform an existing retail storefront into an upscale, clean, neat and meticulous nail care salon. CCC was able to help and educate this new business owner, through every step of the way.

39,200 SF Addition, Mason, Ohio
CCC completed a 39,200 SF metal building addition project to an already prominent retail anchored, Kroger Grocery Store off of Mason-Montgomery Road. This building addition project was comprised of 13 individual spaces that range in size from 1,400 SF up to 8,000 SF total. These spaces were left in shell condition with concrete foundation and floor slabs installed. Although some of the retailers may have changed, the original occupants include Hallmark, Half Price Books, Palm Beach Tan and a Subway to name a few.   Â
