New Automotive Dealership Completed

Jake Sweeney Jeep Dealership Is Ready For Business

CCC has completed the latest dealership for Jake Sweeney Automotive, the latest project in a line of work in our long-term partnership with the group. We believe that working together with our clients is the best way to make sure they get the outcome they want. Jake Sweeney Automotive has chosen to work with CCC for over 10 years, and we are very proud of that.

To construct automotive dealerships we need to adhere to all the nameplate or brand design requirements. Like other brands, Jeep has specific standards and designs that must be met. The CCC team knows how to work with brands, and we welcome the opportunity to collaborate with brand design teams.

Kutol Products Selects CCC For 3rd Time

Building Relationships Builds Repeat Clients

For over 40 years Cincinnati Commercial Contracting has been putting our clients first. We know that when we listen to what they envision for their business, and build to the highest standards so their dreams can come true, our business will grow, too. With so many clients returning to CCC for new projects, we think we are building relationships that really do build business.

Kutol Products has been working with CCC for over ten years. Recently they came back to us, entrusting CCC with the expansion and renovation of their Sharonville, Ohio headquarters. This is the third time CCC and Kutol have partnered to expand and improve their site, and we couldn’t be more pleased to work with the Kutol team again.

In July 2011 Kutol’s president said:

In early 2010 we contracted with CCC to build a 155,000 SF corporate office, manufacturing and distribution facility. For us this was a big project, and represented a dream come true, to build a plant to our specifications and support our growth. I do not believe there is another contractor in this area that is as honest, open and straight forward as CCC.

If I had to do it again, I would use CCC.

President, Kutol Product Company

Expansion Project for Mauer USA

Metal Building Warehouse Addition

Mauer USA in Hebron, Kentucky wanted to construct an expansive warehouse addition to their HQ building. After listening to the Mauer USA team, Cincinnati Commercial Contracting proposed a Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) as the best solution for their needs. The new building houses the warehouse space, including truck docks, and the design works seamlessly with the exterior of the existing building.

As in many cases, choosing PEMB construction option can actually improve your project. PEMBs can be constructed quickly and are cost-effective, resulting in a high-performing custom designed turnkey building solution.

As a Butler Career Builder®, we enjoy direct access to all of Butler Manufacturing’s premier PEMB and conventional building systems. Additionally, there is a dedicated team of engineers who closely collaborate with us on every detail in the design of your building.

We started construction in December 2020, and anticipate completion in May or June of 2021. Currently the CCC team is finishing metal wall panels and gutters on the project.

A Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) was the perfect construction solution for Amazon. CCC became an authorized Butler Builder® in 1997, and achieved prestigious Career Builder® status in 2001.
