CCC Completed Phoenix Metals Facility

CCC completed the new 156,000 SF manufacturing facility for Phoenix Metals. This design and build project in Middletown, Ohio is part of the Made Industrial Park. CCC continues the construction and development of the park, zoned heavy industrial. This location is within a two-day commercial drive of 60% of U.S. population!

A Metal Building Addition Completed

Century Mold Company

A 15+ Year Partnership

Century Mold Company chose CCC to build their Middletown, Ohio office and warehouse 15+ years ago. This year, they again chose CCC to build a 54,740 SF addition to the original facility. Recently completed, the CCC team was able to build this facility with little to no disruption to their business.

This new warehouse space is a pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) construction. Choosing a PEMB construction option can actually improve your project by quickly and cost-effectively delivering a high-performing custom designed turnkey building solution. Broker Networking Event

Bringing Brokers & CCC Team Together

CCC hosted a Happy Hour Networking Event for area commercial brokers at Revel OTR in Cincinnati. A very good time was had by all. Our networking events bring commercial real estate professionals, developers and our CCC team together to talk shop, learn more about each other, build relationships and, most importantly, have a relaxing and fun time. Brokers work in a competitive environment every day. We’re happy to help build camaraderie among colleagues.

Construction of Elle Salon Completed

We recently completed construction on Elle Salon, a skin care and beauty salon project in Florence, Kentucky. The project included the design-build, interior finish construction in an existing “white box” building. It had no concrete slab-on-grade, no HVAC, electric or plumbing. The CCC took care of all that!

Now this beautiful salon offers six Treatment Rooms, one restroom, a breakroom with prep area, storage room and a large reception and guest waiting area. To create a clean, crisp and bright space, we concealed all HVAC ductwork in the attic space and drywalled the 12′ ceilings

While CCC is known for our much larger projects, our Special Projects division handles buildouts like this for retail, restaurant and office clients. They get the same high level attention as all our clients. It’s just the way we do business!

Broker Lunch & Learn A Big Success

CCC hosted a Lunch and Learn event for commercial real estate brokers at SOB Steakhouse. Focused on economic developments along I-75 in Butler and Warren Counties, the group heard insights from experts from City of Middletown, Ohio – City Hall, City of Monroe, Ohio, Liberty Township & CCC.

CCC partners with commercial real estate professionals to offer access to the most up-to-date information about economic development in our area. Our Lunch & Learn series also provides CE opportunities: it’s a win-win!
