Construction is underway on Monroe’s first new hotel in at least two decades.
Tru by Hilton’s hotel just north of Ohio 63 and Senate Drive will be a four-story, 47,070-square-foot facility with 94 guest rooms, an indoor, heated swimming pool and a fitness center.Overseeing all construction services for the Monroe site is Cincinnati Commercial Contracting, a construction management/general contracting firm that has been in business since 1979.
