Tilt-Up concrete construction has proven to be successful for commercial and industrial buildings. Tilt-Up Buildings have been around since the mid 1940's.
The Tilt-Up building walls are poured directly on the job site into large panels. After the panels are solidified, the forms are removed. The panels are then raised into position around the building.
The roof structure supports the top of the wall, and the curb on the footing supports the wall at the bottom. The panels are generally not connected together to allow for expansion and contraction to prevent cracking.
